1. Bati 801RR (Bati Custom)

The Pegassi Bati 801RR (formerly known as Bati Custom) is a supersport motorcycle based on the real life Ducati 848. It is sportier than the Bati 801 and more suitable for racing. Bati 801RR is currently the fastest bike in GTA 5 offline.

While the Bati 801 isn't the cheapest bike in the game, it's the best you can buy. While its custom version is considered to be the fastest ever, its speeds are actually identical.
3. Hakuchou

- Spawn locations: Vespucci Beach, Common traffic.
The Hakuchou bike is based on the infamous Suzuki Hayabusa in real life. It has the kanji letter for "death" in Japanese on both sides of the body.
4. Ruffian

- Spawn locations: Vinewood, Hawick, Downtown Vinewood.
The Ruffian is a very fast and versatile sports bike. Its engine gives it excellent acceleration and a decent top speed. It is primarily based on the Ducati Monster, with similar engine, gas tank, headlights, taillights, exhaust system and seats, albeit with a longer and wider tail section. It is one of the most maneuverable and fastest bikes in GTA 5 Offline.

The Deathbike Apocalypse was first introduced in update 1.46 Arena War. It is a custom variant of the Gargoyle, with a top speed of 150 mph. The Deathbike is inspired by Daryl's bike from The Walking Dead TV series, given the similar components at the front.
Its high speed is excellent for hit-and-run strategies. As for weapons, the Deathbike can be equipped with two side-mounted Gatling pistols.
2. Oppressor

The Pegassi Oppressor is a custom sports motorcycle featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Gunrunning update. It is the base version of the infamous Oppressor MK2 and the second fastest vehicle in the game.
The Oppressor is also the second most expensive bike in the game, after its upgraded version: the MK2. It is based on the Street Hawk motorcycle, a modified Honda XR 500 motorcycle with a rear-mounted large rocket propellant.
3. BF400

The BF400 is a Grand Theft Auto Online exclusive bike, released as part of the Cunning Stunts update. Based on a Suzuki Bandit, the bike comes with three different body designs: a streetfighter version without a front fairing, a covered version with a half front fairing, and a covered version with a full front fairing.
